      Can I withdraw my promo winnings?

      Any winnings from the promo entries are only eligible for withdrawal under the following conditions:

      1. The minimum withdrawal amount is $30
      2. One deposit must be made (for identification purposes)
      3. The 1X Deposit Playthrough Requirement must be met (explained here)
      • Please keep in mind that any promo entries must be used within 7 days of account creation. After 7 days promo entries will expire.
      • When a contest is entered with promo funds and this contest is cancelled/voided, then these promo funds will be returned to you and the contest will not count towards to playthrough requirement.
