Any winnings from the sign-up promo entry are only eligible for withdrawal under the following criteria:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is $30
- One deposit must be made (for identification purposes)
- The 1X Deposit playthrough requirement must be met (explained in detail below)
- ParlayPlay has a simple and user friendly playthrough policy. You only have to playthrough your deposit and promo amount once before being able to withdraw. For example, if you make a $5 deposit, for which you'll also receive a $5 deposit match, you'll need to enter $10 worth of entries. Once you've entered $10 worth of entries you're free to withdraw. You can track the status of your playthrough amount at anytime on the Withdrawal page.
- Please keep in mind that any promo entries must be used within 7 days of account creation. After 7 days the promo entries will expire.
NOTE: we process all withdrawals back to the original payment method first (any cards used to deposit in last 90 days) and then send any remaining funds/balance via ACH.
