House Rules - Arizona

Introduction
These ParlayPlay House Rules (the “Rules”), as well as the ParlayPlay Terms of
Service located at https://parlayplay.io/terms (the “Terms”) govern your use of
ParlayPlay. When entering a contest on ParlayPlay, the Authorized Account Holder
agrees that they have read, understand, and will adhere to these Rules, as well as the
Terms at the time of entering a contest.

The use of this platform is subject to the regulations imposed by applicable state laws
and regulations.

ParlayPlay reserves the right to make changes to the site, entry limits, payout limits, and
market offerings.

ParlayPlay may update, amend, edit, and supplement these Rules and the Terms at any
time.

Any reference in these Rules to words/objects that appear in singular also applies to
plural. References to gender are non-binding and to be treated for information purposes
only.

1. Types of Entry Fees Accepted
ParlayPlay accepts entry fees via credit card, debit card, ACH transfer, and other
approved electronic payment methods. Bonus credits and promotional entries may also
be used to enter eligible contests as specified in each promotional offer. All accepted
payment methods are securely processed in accordance with industry standards and
applicable laws.

Entry Acceptance
An entry is considered valid once it has been successfully confirmed and appears in the
Authorized Account Holder’s contest history. Players are responsible for reviewing their
entry slip prior to submission.

Every entry submitted needs to satisfy all federal and state requirements to ensure they
meet the criteria for a skill-based fantasy contest.

Once an entry is accepted, a customer has 5 minutes to decide to withdraw it and get a
refund. This is subject to our cancellation policy. After these 5 minutes, it cannot be
withdrawn by the player unless the entry was accepted in error due to a technical
malfunction or other platform-based fault. In such cases, ParlayPlay reserves the right
to void or cancel the entry and refund the fee.

In the event of a dispute over the validity or status of an entry, ParlayPlay will refer to its
internal transaction log database, which shall serve as the definitive record for resolving
such matters.

ParlayPlay may, at its sole discretion, reject or cancel entries that violate its Terms of
Service, House Rules, or applicable laws, or if fraud or collusion is suspected.

2. Minimum and Maximum Fantasy Sports Contest

Entry Amounts Accepted
The minimum entry fee for any contest is $1.00. The maximum allowable payout on any
single entry is $5,000. Entry limits may vary by contest and are determined at
ParlayPlay’s sole discretion.

3. The Maximum Number of Entries a Player May Have in a Fantasy Sports Contest
Unless otherwise stated, a player may enter a contest once. Some contests may allow
multiple entries, which will be clearly disclosed in the contest details. ParlayPlay may
limit the number of entries per player per contest to prevent unfair advantages.

4. Method for Calculation and Payment of Winnings

Winnings are calculated based on the correct predictions of player performances
relative to projected outcomes. If all predictions are correct, the user qualifies for a
Perfect Lineup payout. If a user wins a leaderboard pool, the payout is based on the
Contest Prize. Players receive the higher of the two potential payouts. Winnings are
credited to the user account and may be withdrawn per standard procedures.

5. Effect of Scheduling Changes and/or CancelledEvents

If a scheduled sporting event is cancelled, any entry on that event will be cancelled and
fully refunded. If a game is postponed without a new date, or if the completion of the
game will not occur on the originally scheduled day, all related entries will also be
cancelled and refunded. In the event a game has started but is forfeited by one of the
teams, all picks on that game will be cancelled. Entries affected by delays, scheduling
changes, or other disruptions will be handled in accordance with the contest’s posted
rules or the official scoring source.

6. Process for Handling Incorrectly Posted Results

ParlayPlay aims to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all contest outcomes. In the
case of a posting or grading error, ParlayPlay will correct the result using official league
statistics provided by our third-party stats provider. If payouts have already been made
based on incorrect results, ParlayPlay reserves the right to reverse or reissue those
payments. When deemed needed, affected players will be notified of any such changes.
Stat Corrections and Finality of Results

We rely on third-party stats providers for final confirmation of the stats. We strive to
settle contests as soon as possible after the completion of a game, typically upon
receipt of final statistics from our third-party stats provider. Once contests are settled,
they are considered final. However, if a point or stat value is later updated by our
provider to reflect changes made to the official results, ParlayPlay may reverse any
associated processing, including contest payouts.

In the event that the official league issues a stat correction within 1 hour of the game’s
conclusion, ParlayPlay will apply the updated stat and revise contest outcomes
accordingly. If a stat correction occurs more than 1 hour after the game ends, the

original stats and resulting settlements will stand.
This policy reflects our commitment to timely contest resolution while maintaining
fairness and accuracy based on official data.

7. Methods of Funding an Account

Players can fund their ParlayPlay account using debit cards, credit cards, ACH, or other
approved methods. The platform may implement funding limits or request additional
verification to process payments.

8. Methods for Redeeming Winnings

Winnings may be withdrawn via ACH or Direct Debit (Push to Card/e-check) transfer or
other approved methods through the player's account dashboard. Withdrawals are
processed following identity verification and are subject to internal fraud, compliance,
and risk monitoring.

ParlayPlay processes all withdrawals via ACH or Direct Debit. These typically arrive
within 1–3 business days, although many are completed within 1 business day. Players
will receive email confirmation when a withdrawal request is initiated and completed.
All withdrawal requests undergo an automated and/or manual review process to ensure
account security, payment integrity, and fraud prevention. In some cases, ParlayPlay
may require additional verification prior to releasing funds, especially in the case of
unusual account activity.

9. Policy and Process for Canceling Fantasy Sports

Contest Entries
Entries may not be canceled once submitted, except in cases of technical error, system
failure, or as outlined below. Upon final submission of any paid contest, you cannot edit
your picks. However, you may cancel an entry if both of the following conditions are
met: (1) the cancellation occurs within 10 minutes of creating the entry, and (2) it is more
than 15 minutes before the start of the first game associated with the entry. If both
conditions are satisfied, your entry will be fully refunded. To cancel an eligible entry, go
to the My Entries section of the app, locate the entry, and click the Cancel Entry button.

If an entry is voided by ParlayPlay due to contest cancellation, the entry fee will also be
refunded to the player’s account.

12. Notification of the Self-Exclusion Process

Responsible Play
ParlayPlay is committed to ensuring that players participate in fantasy sports contests in
a safe and responsible manner. We recognize that while fantasy sports should be a
source of entertainment, they can, for some individuals, become a source of harm when
play becomes compulsive.
Compulsive play, like other forms of addiction, may include uncontrollable urges
which—if left unchecked—can result in financial, social, or emotional consequences. It
can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, or background. The key to addressing
compulsive play is early detection and access to support.

To promote responsible play, ParlayPlay offers the following resources and tools:
● Clear information and educational material on our Responsible Play page.
● Access to customer support for help managing gameplay.
● Updates to our responsible play materials based on ongoing review and best
practices.

Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a voluntary and confidential program that allows individuals to restrict
their access to ParlayPlay for a defined period of time.

To initiate self-exclusion, users may:
● Email us at support@parlayplay.io
● Contact us via live chat in the app or on the website

Once a self-exclusion request is received:
● The user account will be immediately disabled.
● The user will be unable to log in, deposit funds, enter contests, or receive
promotional offers.
● The self-exclusion will remain in effect for the duration selected by the player and
cannot be reversed until the specified period has expired.

Arizona-Specific Self-Exclusion Options
In accordance with Arizona Department of Gaming regulations, Arizona residents may
choose to self-exclude for the following fixed durations:
● 1 year
● 5 years
● 10 years
