      How do I cancel my entry?

      You can cancel your contest entry directly from the My Entries section of the app by clicking the Cancel Entry button.

      Eligibility for Cancellation:

      • The entry must have been created using cash funds only (not Promo Funds or Free Entry).

      • You must cancel within 10 minutes of creating the contest.

      • The first game in the contest must be at least 15 minutes away from starting.

      How to Cancel:

      1. Open the app and go to the Entries section.

      2. Locate the entry you want to cancel.

      3. Click the Cancel Entry button (if available).

      Important Notes:

      • For security reasons, our team cannot cancel or modify entries on your behalf.

      • If the Cancel Entry button is not visible, it means:

        • The cancellation window has passed, or

        • A Promo Fund or Free Entry was used in the contest
