How do payouts work?

Dynamic Multipliers (Alt Lines)

For More/Less Entries, each stat projection for a player carries a unique multiplier. The higher the multiplier for an individual stat projection, the higher the final payout multiplier will be for that entry. Some stat projections, will not have a multiplier for both “More” and “Less”, but rather just one side. This means that you can only choose one side.

Payout multipliers are determined by the combination of unique player projection multipliers within an entry and may be adjusted based on the combination of the selected players. The payout multiplier will always be shown before you submit the contest.

For More/Less, you’re able to select anywhere from 2-9 players to be included in any given entry. The minimum payout multiplier required for More/Less entries is 1.75x. The maximum payout multiplier for More/Less entries is 110x!

For the Dynamic Payout system, insurance will be available as long as all individual picks have a multiplier between 1.4x and 5x. The payouts for an insured contest will be displayed prior to submitting the contest and will be calculated based on the selections made.

Your payout will always be shown to you prior to submitting your contest and will not change once your contest has been submitted. If a player in your contest is inactive, this selection will be removed from your contest and the payout will be adjusted to the value based on the remaining picks.

Fixed Multipliers

For More/Less, after you choose your entry amount, you have two options. You can choose based on how confident you feel about your picks. If you choose the All-In Option, all of your picks must be correct to win.

With the Insurance Option you’re allowed to have 1 incorrect pick and still win your entry. For the Hit It contest, your payout is based on how close your prediction is to the athlete’s actual point/stat value at the end of the game for both of your picks.

For most contests, we use the below payout structure. However, please note that for some contests, payouts can deviate from the table below. Your payout will always be shown to you prior to submitting your contest and will not change once your contest has been submitted.

  • Scenario 2: if you predict only one of the main value ranges correctly for your two picks, the payout is 2x the entry fee. For example, you predict the main value range correctly for your first pick but for your second pick you do not predict any of the value ranges, the payout is 2x the entry fee.
