If minors (under the age of 18+, 19+ in AL/NE, 21+ in MA) have access to your device, account, or personal information, we strongly recommend installing parental control software to prevent access to ParlayPlay and other sites with age restrictions. Accounts found to be accessed by minors will be promptly closed to ensure compliance with legal requirements and safeguard against underage play.
