Promo Funds

Promo Funds are bonus credits that can be used for playing on ParlayPlay. These funds are typically given as part of a promotion and can provide extra playtime or the chance to boost your bankroll without using cash funds.

Promo Funds can be acquired in several ways, including Deposit Matches, social media giveaways, or by referring friends to ParlayPlay. If Promo Funds are available on your account, you'll have to use those promo funds before you can enter any paid contests. To use Promo Funds, simply build your entry and select the amount of Promo Funds you’d like to use on that entry. By clicking on your Account page, you’ll always be able to see how many Promo Funds are available to you at any given time.

Entering a contest with Promo Funds is the exact same as entering a contest with cash balance. Simply select 2-9 athletes of your choice and select the amount of the promo funds you’d like to use on that entry.

If Promo Funds are available on your account, they must be played before you can enter contests with cash funds. Promo Funds can be split up however you like across several different entries. If a contest is won with Promo Funds, the payout will be made in cash funds. If a Promo Fund entry is lost, your cash balance is in no way affected. Promo Funds expire exactly 7 days after receipt. 

When Promo Funds are available, no other action is required as Promo Funds must be used before your cash balance.

Promo Funds cannot be combined with other in-app promos, such as Player Boosts, Payout Boosts or Slashed Line promotions. Otherwise, all markets on ParlayPlay are eligible to use for Promo Fund entries. For an entry to be eligible for submission, at least two athletes in the contest must play for different teams. 

Promo Funds cannot be withdrawn as they are bonus credits and not actual cash balance. However, if a contest is won using Promo Funds, those winnings are paid out in actual cash balance, which can be withdrawn after you’ve played through your deposited funds 1x.
