Self Exclusion - Arizona

Notification of the Self-Exclusion Process

Responsible Play

ParlayPlay is committed to ensuring that players participate in fantasy sports contests in
a safe and responsible manner. We recognize that while fantasy sports should be a
source of entertainment, they can, for some individuals, become a source of harm when
play becomes compulsive.

Compulsive play, like other forms of addiction, may include uncontrollable urges
which—if left unchecked—can result in financial, social, or emotional consequences. It
can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, or background. The key to addressing
compulsive play is early detection and access to support.

To promote responsible play, ParlayPlay offers the following resources and tools:
● Clear information and educational material on our Responsible Play page.
● Access to customer support for help managing gameplay.
● Updates to our responsible play materials based on ongoing review and best
practices.

Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a voluntary and confidential program that allows individuals to restrict
their access to ParlayPlay for a defined period of time.

To initiate self-exclusion, users may:
● Email us at support@parlayplay.io
● Contact us via live chat in the app or on the website

Once a self-exclusion request is received:
● The user account will be immediately disabled.
● The user will be unable to log in, deposit funds, enter contests, or receive
promotional offers.
● The self-exclusion will remain in effect for the duration selected by the player and
cannot be reversed until the specified period has expired.

Arizona-Specific Self-Exclusion Options
In accordance with Arizona Department of Gaming regulations, Arizona residents may
choose to self-exclude for the following fixed durations:
● 1 year
● 5 years
● 10 years
