You can withdraw your funds at anytime with ACH
You can withdraw your funds at any time from the My Account page. Choose your withdrawal amount and enter the required information. Once your withdrawal is submitted it may take up to 3-5 business days to be processed. Please keep in mind that the minimum withdrawal request is $30.
NOTE: we process all withdrawals back to the original payment method first (any cards used to deposit in last 90 days) and then send any remaining funds/balance via ACH. When using a prepaid debit card or gift card to make deposits, please keep in mind that we always first send any deposited funds back to the card when processing withdrawals.
