What happens if a player is injured or does not complete the game?

If a player does not play due to injury the pick will be removed from your entry

In any paid contest, if the athlete in your entry does not play, that pick will be removed from your entry and the contest will be settled based on the remaining picks. If fewer than 2 picks remain after an athlete does not play or there is not at least 1 player from both teams remaining, the entry as a whole will be cancelled and refunded to the player.

If a player is injured and the pick is eligible for Reboot Injury Protection, the pick will be voided and the contest will be settled based on the remaining picks. To learn if a pick is eligible for Reboot Injury Protection, check out this article.

If a pick is not eligible for Reboot Injury Protection and an athlete gets injured or ejected during the game, or does not complete the game due to any other reason, the pick remains valid within the contest. Please note that in special circumstances, ParlayPlay can, in its sole discretion, decide to deviate from these guidelines.

All players in a Combo pick need to be active for it to be considered a valid entry. If any player is not active, all picks on the combo will be removed from your entry and it will be settled based on the remaining picks.

What are the criteria to establish a player did not play?
